The “mobile disconnect”” in today’s workplace is causing problems.
Over half of employees think mobile devices help them do their job better, despite the fact that only a quarter of employees feel mobile use is actively encouraged in their workplace.
Nudge Rewards Inc. conducted a study collecting the views of 1,000 Millennials and 1,000 Gen X employees across a variety of sectors in the UK. We asked them about the use of mobile, the effectiveness of their employer’s communications, and what motivates them in the workplace.
