About the session

What can I expect?

We’re really interested in your workday. We know the “frontline” workforce is a unique one and we’re gathering a group of your peers at our office to learn more about the day to day experiences within your role.

While it will be a group discussion, your responses will ultimately be anonymous in our research takeaways, which will be used on an aggregate basis to inform our product roadmap in the long-term.

Why?

It’s important for us to stay at the forefront of the frontline employee experience. This focus group is intended to help us validate some ideas and also get a better understanding of the challenges you face in your role and how technology could help.

What’s in it for me?

Each participant will receive a $75 Visa gift card as a “thank you” for participating. Also, if you have an interest in learning more about tech startups, let us know! We’re tapped into a variety of resources within the local tech scene, including mentorship programs and skill development opportunities.
